In addition, TG(10:0/14:0/30:0) can be converted into DG(10:0/30:0/0:0) through the action of the enzyme triacylglycerol lipase complex. In yeast, TG(10:0/14:0/30:0) is involved in the metabolic pathway called the triacylglycerol metabolism tg(10:0/14:0/30:0) pathway. |
