In addition, TG(10:0/12:0/14:1(9Z)) can be converted into DG(10:0/14:1(9Z)/0:0); which is mediated by the enzyme triacylglycerol lipase complex. In yeast, TG(10:0/12:0/14:1(9Z)) is involved in the metabolic pathway called the triacylglycerol metabolism tg(10:0/12:0/14:1(9z)) pathway. |
